How to Pay WordPress If don't have credit or debit card

  Hi WordPress Team,
  I am Sumit Jaitely from India. I used wordpress free version to understand it’s features. Now I want to build my own Custom Domain site with .in or .com I am new in this online business so presently i don’t have a debit or credit card. I have a working Paypal Account. I wanna pay for my custom domain with my selected plan through paypal. While checking out i cant see option to pay through Paypal. But in your payment article i read that you accept paypal money. Now my question is if you accept paypal money then why i cant see option to pay through paypal. I release through free domain it’s not easy to make money. But now i fully understand the concept while watching youtbe videos too. So at this time i am ready to build my own site. Plz help me. Reply me. Send me a link if possible for you so i will chechk it out my domain. I am on blogger too but wordpress is much better. I am a fully verified Adsesense Publisher. I will select business plan. Thanks.
