  Post title is just that: the title of your post.

  Your disclosure policy has to be the part of your post content or in a different page.

  Thank you for helping me! I’m just trying to put an automatic verbage under each post title that says “… Read my disclosure policy here” in small print. But it automatically appears when I post each post! Does that make sense?

  You can copy and paste that into every post prior to publishing it but there is no means of making it automatically appear in each post.
