How to place photos in text widget on top of sidebar?

  I have used the text widget to try to place a photo with a caption underneath it so that when one clicks on the caption, it takes the person to the posts for that topic. I want to place the photos with caption at the top of the sidebar, but it is not working. I have moved the other widgets i.e. archives, etc. underneath the text widget in “presentation,” but that does not place the photos on the top of the sidebar. Do I need to put “align” or something in the html code?

  It looks fine, the pictures and the links are at the top of the sidebar. By the way, no need to post twice on the same issue (I deleted the twin post).
