How to place the site-description immediately under the site-title in TwentyTen?

  Is there any way to place the site-description immediately under the site-title in the theme “Twenty Ten”?

  Do this (you already have #site-description, so just add to it to make it look like the below.

  #branding {
  position: relative;
  }
  
  #site-title {
  margin-bottom: 40px;
  }
  
  #site-description {
  float: left;
  font-size: 13px !important;
  position: absolute;
  width: 100%;
  top: 30px;
  }
