How to point to an IP address, not nameservers

I bought a domain through WordPress.COM and mapped it successfully to the existing free *.wordpress.com blog.
    I pointed my site to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com.
Everything went smoothly for a long time.

Now I would like to point my site to 1 (or more) IP addresses of those nameservers. I mean the site will still be hosted on wordpress.com, not elsewhere.

    How can I do that?
    Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note: that you cannot add an A record for a root level domain such as mydomain.com through the WordPress.com Custom DNS editor. You must use another DNS hosting provider if you want to do that.

    So how please!!?
