How to Populate Default Theme?

  Hello,

  I’ve picked the Edin Them due to it’s live demo look, but I cannot get it to appear (populate) as it did in the live demo, with the photos and menus, etc.

  Can you please assist?

  Hi there!

  Your page is displaying all the content that you’ve added to it. You won’t be able to set up your site to look exactly like the demo, until you add all your images, pages, and posts (if you intend to run a blog on the site).

  Take a look at the setup support page for Edin:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/edin/

  If you run down the instructions, you can view where you’re missing the content you’ll need to configure the theme.

  Thanks for the reply!

  I understand what you mean, but when I was editing the theme, a pop-up appeared telling me that I had the option of populating it with the theme’s original template, but unfortunately I clicked out of it?

  Hi there,

  I’m so sorry for the delay. Robyn has been out for the past few days.

  That pop-up is sadly only available within the first few hours when you activate your new Edin theme. After that it isn’t available anymore. If you were to switch themes away from Edin and then back again it should appear, but any other customizations which you have made will be completely lost.

  No worries, thanks for the reply,

  I’ve tried switching themes but it didn’t come up. I also noticed that when I changed themes, my customisations remained. Is there a way to reset my customisations and start from scratch to try and bring it up again?

  There isn’t I’m afraid. I have reached out to the folks who are working on this program to see if there’s any way to bring back that option for you. I’ll let you know as soon as I find anything out!
