How to port from a corrupted WordPress database, or “clean it”?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a WordPress website that I am trying to solve.
It is for a client, who said had problems with plugins not updating automatically. Then uninstalled a plugin named LearnPress, and after that was not able to access Elementor – it crashed when loading. The client than changed php settings such as Time to Load (set to 300) and updated php to 8.1.

After this the website gives a 500 error.

I imported the website to analyze it and:
    – checked .htaccess
    – reinstalled wordpress files,
    – reverted to default theme, no plugins.
    – PHP 7.4.

The website still gives 500 error, and prints no error with DB_debug = yes (which is weird), so I have no idea where the error is.
The recovery link also gives a 500 error.

My question then is: what to do in situations like this?
    1) is there a way to “clean” the core part of the database, to ensure any misconfiguration leading to a 500 error is solved?
    2) I have an old dev databased version. Is there a way to easily port pages, and content from certain plugins? Is it simply copying the databases table entries?

    Thank you very much!

We can’t help as that site wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org to solve this problem yourself.
