how to post a page?

  I created a new page and now realize it seems I should have created a post. How can I post this page I created?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only way is copy-paste :)

  Edit the page and copy its content. Then create a new post and paste the content there.

  The WordPress software does not include a way to convert a page into a post or vice versa.

  THANKS! The first time I tried that it did not work, Must ahve done something wrong because on the 2nd attempt I succeeded.
