How to post a post under a certain menu?

    I have two blog menus on my home page. I need to add to one but it is very difficult. I need to post in one specific menu and move over one post from one menu to another.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,
    So I’m going to state some basic definitions so we can understand each other better (maybe they are obvious)
    You have two blog items in your menu:
    BLOG POSTS and VISUAL VOICE BLOG.

    So, the menu is the bar with the name of all your pages ( that you can click on and it leads you to the desired page)
    The name of this pages in the menu is called item.
    All of these: ARTWORK – BLOG POSTS – VISUAL VOICE BLOG – ABOUT ME- CONTACT are pages.
    And all of the articles inside this pages are posts.

    So would you like to move one post from one of the above pages to another one?
    Or would you like to change/add items on your menu?
