how to post in a page

  I would like to add a post to a specific page.
  For example, a chocolate chip cookie recipe under the page ‘yummies’.
  How would I go about doing this?
  Is there a separate plugin required for this action?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Category Pages should do what you need. You assign the Yummies category to each of your recipes and you create a Menu item for that post category.

  You can do that for as many categories of posts that you want to feature in that way. The posts will still appear in your blog in order of publication but will also appear in that category menu item.
