How to Post PDFs, How to Link to Other Sites, Pages vs. Posts

Take a look at my blog: http://FluorideClassAction.Wordpress.com.
I do not know how or where to upload a PDF, so what I am doing is creating links back to my business web site, where the pdfs are stored. http://www.DealMortgage.net/Fluoride-Class-Action/Fluoride-Class-Action.htm.
But all these links are blocked. I guess I will have to type them out. Any advice?
How do I post pdfs?
Is there a book on WordPress?
I have a page that I would like to convert into a post. Can I do that? Why are there pages and posts?

This question may be related to mine about pdf’s. I’m preparing a short pdf document for my blog visitors to download and need a tutorial on how to create a simple pdf file or document. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just downloaded the converter from Adobe and compose in Word, then hit Save As PDF. Once it’s made, just upload it as if it were a picture and it turns out like a text link on the page; then people just click to download.
