How to post photos and other images

    I did a search on the site for how to post a photo with every post I make, and for posts as photos and graphics seem related to the content. I get to the page that has instructions, but it seems static: I click the buttons and nothing happens. So is it referring me back to that area within the editing system? Not readily apparent to me how to navigate it.

    Please help me figure this out. Thanks.
