How to post thumbnails – Theme: Inuit

Hi, I was trying out the new theme Inuit and I can’t say how much I like it :) Good job.
However, I have some problems.With reference to the pictures here: (http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2010/04/15/new-theme-inuit-types)
From the original preview of the Inuit theme, I see that there are thumbnails for every post, how do I do it? It’s not automatic right? I would love to have preview photos for every post.Hope to get help soon, thank you!

Excuse me for saying that it is not entirely obvious by either the title of that thread or by the fact that it appears in the CSS Customization forum that this subject is discussed.
I also am struggling with the Featured Post/Post Thumbnail issue on my photography blog “Random Acts”. Using a Post thumbnail potentially leads to two images being present in a Post, because unlike in the original theme, clicking on the thumbnail image does not lead to the original image. An example is here http://gammagirl.wordpress.com/2010/04/15/photo-friday-overcast/

And just one more clarification, when adding the Post Thumbnail in the Image Uploader, linking the thumbnail to the image does not create the link in the Post.
