how to post to a page

  Hi
  i opened a free account. I added menus(i assume these are pages) but i dont know how to post in them.

  can you help me please?

  Hi there!

  So glad you joined WordPress.com! Menus are navigation buttons used to navigate to a page — and they are often used for visitors to navigate a site.

  I do need some clarification so that I can give you a great answer, and the helpful tools! Are you looking forward to editing a page, or how to change menu options?? This helps me know what you need, so that I can give you correct answers.

  All posts appear on the main posts page which is your “Home” page. https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/
  Pages are static and usually used for information that doesn’t change often (such as your “About” page). https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
  A Menu is required to list all your pages for easy access to them by visitors. https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
  You can use a custom menu to give the illusion of posts appearing on specific pages. https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/4/
