How To Post To A wordpress blog

    Hey. I’m actually very embarrassed! I’m a tech geek, but i’ve been used to blogger for too long.

    I installed wordpress on my hosting – added a database etc and when i type in my URl teh default wordpress blog/template stuff shows – so it’s working!

    But i’ve no idea how to actually post! Can someone just briefly tell me that?

    Also how to add widgets or change theme? I assume you upload them to a certain directory…?

    I’m using Ubuntu and have filezilla installed if i need to FTP etc.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Afraid you’re in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org. Our software here on the WP hosted version is a bit different.
