How to Post Widget on Only One Page?

I tried following the instructions at https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/#widget-visibility. But it didn’t work. I don’t know how to use the Legacy widget. It gave me a batch of options. I want to post links to help readers find certain blog posts, so I chose Links. Then it posted a batch of links that have nothing to do with what I need.
The widget I want on only one page is More Bio Links and I want it only on this page: https://sarahbowmansite.wordpress.com/my-bio/.
How do I solve this problem?
