How to prevent blog info from displaying on homepage
-
Hi! I’m new to this theme. I could like to create a static homepage. I have created the page for my homepage and selected ‘display as a static page’. I assigned blog posts to a separate page. But the blog template continues to display beneath my homepage text. How do I stop the page from displaying any of the blog post info?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If it’s relevant, I’m not running my site on wordpress.com. I have installed WordPress on my dreamhost site. The address is: dev.dec-ed.com
I have heard that themes sometimes respond differently depending on what type of WordPress site you have.

Yes. I have unchecked everything in Content Options, but the blog features still displays beneath my homepage content.

Somehow I thought I was posting in a forum that focused on Radcliffe 2 theme. I see now that it’s a general forum on all themes. So to clarify, I’m having problems with the Radcliffe 2 theme. Sorry about that.
