how to prevent en.wordpress.com from using my name as a tag on google search

  the above link shows up in “Google Search Result” when I search under my full name.

  How do I remove this. It’s very annoying. I feel violated.

  (please reply only if you know how to remove this, don’t reply by saying “oh, yah, that’s the way it is.” I’ve received too many of this kind of replies before. Need an answer with an IQ above room temperature!
