How to prevent my blog portrait from appearing when i make social media comments
-
I blog on wordpress.com. When I make comments on other web sites, my blog photo appears. Why? I don’t want that. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This comment: “The blog I need help with is blogs.montrealgazette.com.” is not quite true. And I did not write it, either. It just appeared at the end of what I did write.
I blog for montrealgazette.com.
If I make a comment elsewhere, including on sites that don’t seem (at first glance) to be hosted by WordPress, my blog photo appears. I am not ASKED if I want to display it, it just shows up! I would rather that it did not!

Your gravatar is attached to your email. On any site using the Gravatar system, which is most WordPress blogs worldwide and many others, any time you comment using your email the software automatically finds the gravatar that is connected to that email and displays it.

So i need to create another email, for commenting purposes, if i dont want to post my photo all over the world?
