How to preview and approve comments?

  Hello! :) I am curious: Is there a way to preview and “approve” comments before they appear on your blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. Set up comment moderation. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation
