How to preview mobile theme without mobile

  I am playing with themes on a private test bed blog sinthea.wordpress etc The theme in question, Suburbia, is NOT mobile ready, so I used the appearances/mobile menu to set choices for the default WP mobile arrangement. How can I preview that and know what it looks like, from my PC? I do not have a mobile device myself. I tried the appearance / customise preview tool but it continues to just show me how the theme layout looks on small screen, it does not flip to show me the default WP mobile theme.
