How to promote my blog offline?

  My blog is about creating an awareness for Child education, though it has many other things also. My blog is not yet fully preapred but I want to know how can I promote it offline? I have decided to advertise through leaflets. But I can’t get a good enough idea. Please help me in marketing it properly.

  Your best bet is Google. This is a technical help forum for WordPress.com blogs, not offline marketing. I’m afraid this isn’t the best source of information.
