That’s a great rule. I never post or respond to comments when I’m in a negative state of mind. I wait 48 hours and then review the situation before responding to anything negative. It’s by far better better to remain silent than to blurt out something emotional and regret that you did. I do the same thing offline when I’m in a negative state of mind too.”I always react immediately , but yes your approach is better.

I help where and when I can. I answer questions here while multitasking and usually the set up we have results in self serve for customers and clients so I don’t need to intervene. I can run all the required chron jobs for our websites on my other desktop while I post here. :) -

I started my blog in October and I have found sharing my posts on facebook as being the biggest source of traffic so far, 67%.

You can automatically share to Facebook too if you use wordpress.com/sharing . If you add large featured images to your posts, Facebook can show those alongside your post there as well, which also helps get a little attention.
