how to publicize automatically?

  Hi there!
  I’ve noticed that when my posts are published, I have to turn on my computer do then it’s publicize on social network. I don’t know why this happens. I schedule most of my posts and everytime I see it’s published on the website, it’s not publicized as expected on Twitter, Facebook, etc. Then I turn on my computer a couple of hours later and the post will only be publicized when this happens…
  could you help me out? this happens to me everytime and I’ve tried to found the reason why this happens.

  Scheduled posts do not publish until the first visitor to the site after the date and time scheduled clicks in and triggers publication of the post.
