  How do I publicize my blog to my Facebook organization page, not my personal page?

  There is no way to use the “Publicize” feature to do this. You will simply have to add the link manually or do what I do, and publish to the Page or Group via Networked Blogs, which is a very slick importing feature. I use it to publish to my personal and organizational pages.
