How to publish my blog on my website

Hello,
I would like to publish my blog on my website. basically, the blog should appear in the middle of my website. I am not sure how to do that. Is this something wordpress.com should publish (push) or I should place a HTML code on my website so, when my website is loaded then my blog will appear (pull).
Thanks for your help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no way to embed a wordpress.com blog into a website. if that’s what you want to do then you need to get software from http://wordpress.ORG
If you wish to “pull” content from your wordpress.com blog into your website then your can post an RSS feed.Also note, if you create duplicate content on 2 or more sites then the original site it was published on can suffer a Google duplicate content penalty.

If you have an external website and you’d want your wordpress.com to show up there, you can possibly use the sub-domain mapping. Check the DNS editing sticky on the front page of this forum. The blog with sub-domain mapping won’t technically be on your website and the themes may not even match but you can keep your blog here (which reduces the hassle of self-hosting) and still provide blogging through your website. Otherwise what timetheif is suggesting is accurate.
