How to publish post on google???

  Is there any way to publish our wordpress post on google immediately as soon as our post is publish on blog???? It takes more than a week to get search engines but i want it within in an hour. If there’s a solution please help me! Thanx in advance

  You can connect your site to your personal G+ profile and/or to a G+ page so that your posts are automatically pushed out to G+ following these instructions:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-plus-profile/
  http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/12/11/publicize-google-pages/

  Connecting your site via Publicize to your G+Profile will cause your Google+ Real Name to appear as the author of your posts, not your WordPress.com display name.

  I don’t have G+ account! Is there any other option?
