How to publish posts to specific pages?

    Hi there,
    For my blog I have created a few different pages on the dropdown menu so I can create posts that are specific to each page (i.e. exercise or recipes) – but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to publish posts to these specific pages? It seems like for each page I can just post one main post and that’s it?! Very confused and would really appreciate some help! Thank you!
