WordPress and wordpress themes are built in PHP script. Here at wordpress.COM we cannot edit those (and it take a good level of knowledge not to introduce big security holes).

The images you have in the PSD document can possibly be used here, but they will have to be incorporated via CSS, and the theme you choose would have to be structured in such a way that you could use all your images and such.

    Add Custom CSS

Toolbox is a very wide open and rich theme with HTML5 and CSS3 support, but it comes as a total blank canvas. You would have to build all the CSS from scratch.

Sorry, I must be getting tired, I forgot the link: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/toolbox/ .

Thank you for the comments, thesacredpath! Those are definitely relevant, but I am good in designing and totally useless in coding. I need something automatic, or so..Any suggestions… ?

There is no “automatic”. If you have CSS editing experience, you can get the paid custom CSS upgrade and renew it annually. It will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here > Appearance > Themes, but it does not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. It does not allow you to remove footer links to the theme designer or to wordpress.com. Also note that CSS is theme specific, so you cannot use the CSS stylesheets from other themes with the themes here at wordpress.COM.

Since there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, I recommend that you don’t buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS because you must be prepared to do the work on your own.

If you are considering purchasing the upgrade, you can go to Appearance > Edit CSS. There wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try before you buy.

If you do purchase the upgrade be sure to read this article before starting your editing > http://csswiz.wordpress.com/2009/10/15/if-you-have-the-wp-com-css-upgrade/

That is all about and for coding. If you are not a coder and quite far from the industry (so as myself, indeed), you’ll be getting troubled in buiding up the CSS. You basically need the experience, that is time demanding and relevant. I personally would recommend a plug in for Photoshop to automatically convert PSD to WordPress themes. I use Divine Elemente, which is ok, in my opinion. Pretty functional.
