how to publish to an email list of followers?

  Would like to share each post when published to an email list. Now, i have to change a post before it will go out to the list. i am the only author; the list is a group of parents who support the program- the site is connected to an after school program.

  Put the Subscription widget in the sidebar; they will have to sign up for the list themselves that way.
