Hi there. I’m not 100% sure I understand what you’re asking.
When you say HTML site are you referring to a separate, non-WordPress site? Is the domain you’re asking about the URL to your WordPress blog (misskuma.wordpress.com) or a different domain (something.com)?
My guess is you want to have your something.com point to the blog at misskuma.wordpress.com? If that’s the case you will need your WordPress.com account to be Personal (or higher). At that point, follow the directions for whichever of these scenarios describes the status of your something.com domain:
If you already own something.com and want to transfer it to WordPress.com (you’ll still own it, but you’ll administer it via WordPress):

Let me know if I’ve misunderstood your request.

Hi,
thanks for your reply. this is my first time working with a wordpress template. the current site is in all html.
voicesandfaces.orgright now wp site is voicesandfaces.org/wp
so when I go live, tho. how can I redirect wp to voicesandfaces.org?
Right now I have the wp site under maintenance.
I’d reckon put all the current html site in a some new folder like ‘old’ ( so I still have an access to the old site ) then what do i do for the new wordpress site?
( so when someone type voicesandfaces.org it goes to the new wordpress site. not the current html site )
