  How do I purchase a domain and then register the domain with WordPress?

  Have a follow up question on same topic. It probably should be obvious but I am not reading it…the article talks about “registering” the domain with WordPress. I have not seen in WordPress a place to purchase a domain. So I went to GoDaddy to purchase a domain but then GoDaddy wants the domain to be registered with GoDaddy. How do I purchase a domain say from GoDaddy but register with WordPress?
