How to purchase theme for blog hosted elsewhere

  Hi- I’m migrating from the free wordpress to paid hosting on inmotion. I’d like to purchase one of the premium themes to use but i don’t know which option to choose.- activate or new blog- since this is the same blog just in a different location maybe new blog isn’t the right choice? Yet ‘activating’ would put it at wordpress.com and I won’t be there by next week. Please help!

  Thanks but that doesn’t answer my question.
  I have a wordpress.com site right now. The theme is transferable to a self-hosted site but I want to know which button to click when I purchase the theme? ‘Activate’ or ‘new blog’. I’m not creating a new blog per se just moving my old one. Domain name etc stays the same; host is different.

  There you will find instructions for purchasing a premium theme that is licensed and coded to run only on WordPress.com blogs.

  Perhaps you could simply state the name of the premium theme and provide the link to it rather than having us run around in circles here.
