How to Push Existing Blog to New website

  I have registered a domain and also purchased hosting of Managed WordPress. Before this I have already hosted one blog through WordPress under Free Theme. Now I want to push that blog to my newly registered domain with Managed WordPress hosting

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To do that you can move all your contents from your WordPress.COM site to your self hosted WordPress.ORG site.
