How to put a downloaded theme into my WordPress Blog

  Well, I need help. I’ve searched everywhere and I can’t get an answer. My question is: How do I add this theme ( http://wordpressthemesbase.com/view/323.html ) to my blog? I really want this theme. I’ve downloaded it and could you give me more infor and stuff on it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Oh, and you’ll have to copy and paste it into your toolbar because it takes you to a google search thing.

  Where are you hosting your blog? Is it here on wordpress.com or is it hosted elsewhere?

  If you have a wordpress.com blog then adding themes is not currently an option. You can, however, suggest to the staff to add new themes.
