how to put a navbar in Site Title

  Hello,
  I am thinking about upgrading my acct. There is a theme that i like. At:
  http://www.how-to-stop-smoking.org/can-stop-smoking-hypnosis-work/

  How can i add a navigation bar on the site title, just like on this theme. Using a free plugin. or a easy way, that does not reacquire a
  lot of coding. Thank You.

  Hi there – Your best option would be to change to a theme that matches as close possible. Here are a few of my theme recommendations:
