Hi gentlemangadev,
how to put my post on a page?
I am not sure completely what you are asking here. If you have content that you have on Posts that you would now like to switch and place on a Page, you can Copy and Paste that content from the Post Page to a Page. And, then delete the content from your Post or delete the Post after you have copied the content to the Page.
Is that what you are asking?

Assigning categories to your posts will allow you to use a menu to link to category pages that include all posts in a category.
Using categories:The category pages are automatically created through the category assignment so you can then decide which of your categories you want to include in your menu. The category page links are formatted as

A second option is to use categories within a Display Posts shortcode in the text on a page.

I could use more information about your theme and if you are coding it yourself or using someone else’s. You can use the WordPress loop to display specific posts on any page if you are coding this theme yourself. You can read more here:

Please provide additional information if I am not in the right track.

Hi there wplevels – here on WordPress.com we don’t have access to our site PHP or HTML. To learn more about the differences:

I have categorized all of my post but still they are just displaying in my homepage. I want when i write a post to send it to a page which i created. Rolex post — to the page Style. While now i just copy the post and put it on my page with paste. I want when i write the post, the post to go to a specific page.
Thanks -
gentlemangadev,
I believe these two how-to’s will help you achieve what you are looking to accomplish. The first, “Category Pages”, will help you setup pages to have a feed for a particular topic. Once the Category Pages are setup, then you can setup the second part, “Custom Menus”. This second step will allow you to add the Category Pages to your Nav Bar.

Hey there, hope you don’t mind me adding to this discussion.
I want when i write a post to send it to a page which i created.
The reply that @houstonweaver gave you gives an insight about Category pages. She said:
The category pages are automatically created
When you assign a category to a Post, the WordPress software automatically creates a page with all posts that have been assigned that category. The page is dynamically generated each time someone clicks on the related link. She also gave you an example of a category page on your site at
https://thegentlemanhouse.wordpress.com/category/gear/And here is an example from the Lodestar demo site:
https://lodestardemo.wordpress.com/category/artwork/So the two things you need to do are:
1. Assign categories to each of your Posts
2. Add those categories to a Custom Menu that you create in the Customizer. And here @deenam has provided the support guides to each.
Hope that helps.

Thank you a lot!
I did it with the category thing! But can i remove the CATEGORY: GEAR or the name of the category tag.

Hi there, unfortunately you aren’t able to remove this using the tools given by WordPress.com.

@gentlemangadev, As @torres mentioned above you may not have this option with the WordPress.com plan you are currently on. But, you may be able to accomplish this through Custom CSS with a Premium or Business Plan. See this forum thread by @kokkieh: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-remove-category-title/
I will tag this with a modlook to be checked by Staff so we make sure you can get an answer to this question.
