  Pasting from Word is not a good idea. Word is a fine word processor, but it does not speak html web code. It adds tons of junk code to your site, and eventually it will break your theme.

  Better to learn how to code tables or use an online (free) table generator.

  I wonder why you don’t just embed a Google calendar to make your information available to your readers?

  I have not used that app for much more than text, times, and locations, so is it the images you are trying to use on it?
