  hi, I happy with my blog now it is free version and every day i had hundred of visitor

  how i want to put google ads in my blog?

  If i need to upgrade ,what happen to all my backlink in google and SEO before this?

  You can’t put Google ads in your blog. It is against the terms of service for a blogger to put ads in his/her blog.

  You can apply for the WordAds program, but that’s all the monetization you can do with a WP.com blog.

  how to join WordAds program?

  If i upgrade is all my backlink will lost? or it will automated transfer to my new domain?

  Depends what upgrade you get. If you change your URL, your backlinks will work but youre pagerank will be lost.
