Hello,
Posts are put in reverse chronological order. Unfortunately, you can not place post in chronological order. There is however a way for you to make a “Sticky Post” which will allow that post to stick to the front page. You are allowed to make 10 Sticky Posts. It will stay that way until you decide to uncheck it.Here you can find out more information about Sticky Posts: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

Another alternative is the option of creating a book-like structure > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you. Lastly, you can falsify every date-stamp on every post before publishing.
