How to put plugin?

  Hi,
  I’ve seen several plugins here and I’ve downloaded one but I can’t still figure out how to put it on my wordpress page.

  Please give us a link to your blog so we can see how to help you. It would be more helpful if your username linked to your blog rather than an external website.

  Great, thanks. Since your blog is at WP.com (rather than WP.org), I’m afraid you can’t use plugins at all. See the sticky thread at the top of the forum on the differences between WP.com and WP.org for an explanation of why not.
