How to put posts in reverse chronological order

I want my blog posts to go from oldest to newest rather than newest to oldest. Is there an easy way to do this?

Reverse chronological order means newest to oldest which is the accepted default setting for blogs. Mine is eight years old and if I had posts in the order of oldest to newest regular viewers would have to do an awful lot of scrolling to find my most recent post.
