how to put posts on the home page

  there is a section entitled ‘latest’ on the page and I’m trying to figure out how to put my blog posts to show up on that section

  All posts display in reverse chronological order on the front page of the site by default. If that is not your preference you can create a static front page and a blogs page for the posts to display on. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  Every theme has a detailed them description page and yours is here https://wordpress.com/theme/harmonic
