how to put shoutbox in my blog?

  i’ve try to put shoutbox or chatbox in my blog but it didn’t appear in my blog.. can anyone teach me the right way to do it and the best shoutbox or chatbox which is accepted by wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please do a search of the forum before asking questions. Chatbox and Shoutbox are not allowed at WordPress.com, but you can use the Meebo widget.

  can you teach me a step by step instruction how to put Meebo widget? i’ve already have the html code but still don’t know where to paste it.. thanks..
