How to put sundance theme all white except the letters?

Right now Im using a different theme, I would like to use The Sundance but only if it is all white, My Blog is http://www.diaryofalifelover.com. I want something classic and clean, exactly as I saw on http://www.vintageeva.com, she is using Sundance.

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Background
use the color selector to change the background to white #ffffff click “save changes”.
