How to put tags to my bog?

  I see many other blogs here that have tags like ArtWritingPhotos and so on.How to put tags to my blog so other people who are into these subjects will see it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  very easy, when you post new post, look at the right where tag is, type in tags, click on add tags botton, after you finish composing your post, click update, then it is on.
