    Hi!

Just to clarify, currently, you have the following sites on your account:

    karenbehn.wordpress.com (with domain karenbehn.com)

    kootenayvoices.wordpress.com

    keepsingingkaslo.wordpress.com

It sounds like you’re trying to combine your three sites into one site. Is that correct? Could you clarify what two sites you want to combine into the third?

Once I have a clearer picture of what you’re looking for, I’m happy to provide some more instruction!

not sure where to write back cause I think I may be in the tags box??

but if not I like the domain name of kootenayvoices but the main content is on keep singing Kaslo. in an ideal world I might upgrade to promenade ( I need a calendar ) so… I guess I want to use the kootenay voices as the base and then transfer everything else to that name. I’d like to pay for that domain I think rather than karen behn

Your reply was perfect! It went right to me.

In order to move everything to kootenayvoices.wordpress.com, you will need to Export and Import the other blogs (karenbehn.wordpress.com and keepsingingkaslo.wordpress.com) following the instructions here:

    Export Your Website’s Content

    Import a Website

That will move all of your content over.

Would you like me to transfer the domain karenbehn.com to kootenayvoices.wordpress.com? That way, all of your upgrades will be on that blog.

Thank you I will do the first asap and yes if i understand the definition of domain it means I want all the upgraded services ( audio, advertisement free etc. to zoo go to Kootenay Voices.

can I release the actual domain name karen behn .com? and yes then register the kootenay voices? as kootenayvoices.com??

thanks so much for your help!!

    Hi!

I’ve moved the domain karenbehn.com and the 10GB upgrade you had purchased to your site kootenayvoices.wordpress.com. You can see those upgrades here:

    https://kootenayvoices.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

Now, all of your upgrades are on that blog.

Just to be clear, you no longer want karenbehn.com? If so, I can cancel it from your site. Please note, someone else may register the domain if we cancel it from your site. Since the purchase was made back on 11/9/14, you will not receive a refund.

You can register the new domain following the steps here:

    Register a New Domain

    Hi Jeremy
how do I transfer the media library over from the other two sites… the crucial one in the karenbehn.com and then I can delete them. Is it possible ( expensive?) to redirect visitors automatically to the new site for the next year?
the media library is important because I have music where I have spent hours recording the parts for each section of the choir and I would hate to lose all that work!!
    thanks so much!

    Hi!

The Export option should also move over the Media Library files:

    Export your website’s content

Are you missing files from your Media Library after the export? If so, could you point me to one of the files that missing?

Is it possible ( expensive?) to redirect visitors automatically to the new site for the next year?

Yep! Definitely possible. Our Site Redirect upgrade would take care of this. It would be $13 per blog you would like to redirect. So, you would need to pay $13 for both karenbehn.wordpress.com and keepsingingkaslo.wordpress.com. More on that here:
