How to put up a parking/redirect page on a non-primary domain?

    We have two domains: kairoschoir.com redirects to the primary, kairosyouthchoir.org
    That’s fine. But we’d now like to put kairoschoir.com into a parked state, with a simple page reading:

    Please update your bookmarks to use kairosyouthchoir.org
    To get the last few stragglers to adapt.

    How can we accomplish this on WordPress.com?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Are those in fact WordPress.com sites or are they WordPress.org sites?
