How to re-attach my paid (Business) subscription

  I have an active Business plan paid until 2028 that was attached to a site I recently deleted. I have now created a new site (above) and need the existing Business plan reassigned to it – That’s All. I have written to the WordPress.com Customer Care (directed by the bot): there is no response.

  When I am trying to use the “Business” plan, WordPress.com is asking me to pay. I also see the my plan is paid until 2028 in the Dashboard. As per the bot, only WordPress.com Customer Care can fix.

  You can’t just be messing around with the paid plans, you just have to wait untill a staff member is available

  Agreed. If this makes you feel any better, I didn’t delete it – just taking responsibility of my staff (and owning this work myself). So basically, guess need to wait.. appreciate your response.
