    I have been trying to cancel an auto purchase for three days now. Your AI bot is Zero help. It is stuck in a loop.

    Based on provided information I have 14 days to cancel the auto renewal and receive my refund. However, the instruction do not work and it tells to connect to Happy service. But that does not work either.

    Please HELP.
